Below are a selection of projects that we have completed.
The building had been vacated for a number of years and required total replacement of the roof covering and repairs to timbers. The building was completely stripped out and dampproofing and woodworm treatments undertaken. Extensive repairs were made to the exterior stonework and windows replaced in a similar pattern.
Provision of four units including internal office / toilet facilities including extensive drainage works and car parking, fencing and landscaping works.
The building was vacated to enable the construction works to be undertaken both internally and externally to the fabric. The complete re-roofing including the installation of Glulam beams. External work comprised paths and parking spaces, drainage and alterations to boundary walls.
Construction of a new pavilion comprising changing facilities, public toilets and tea room with associated drainage and external works
Construction of six new build apartments, remodelling twenty five existing apartments , remodelling the existing Home, new lounge construction together with lift installation
Complete external refurbishment of Victoria Street including re-roofing, re-rendering, fascias, guttering, doors and windows including work to listed properties.
Extension to school comprising three new classrooms, toilets, library areas, all connected to the existing building via a glazed link. External work comprised a new lay-by / set-down point off the existing adjacent highway. It is to be noted that the works were carried out on a fully operational school site.
The design and build of twenty-two houses for social use including all associated site works, access roads and services.
The construction of new dwelling and all associated works within grounds of former vicarage. Project included new access road and lighting, provision of services and demolition and reconstruction of boundary wall.
Construction of a new Community Centre with access roadway, together with associated drainage, external works and incoming services. The site comprised overgrown land which was only accessible via a public footpath.
Refurbishment of a flats 10, 12, 14 and 16 Heol Gwalia, Llanelli. Complete stripping-out of existing kitchen and bathroom fittings including asbestos and redecoration throughout.
To provide purpose built respite centre to conform to Social Services needs. Required to comply with new regulations for Building Control Approved Document Part E :2003 for sound transfers. Project included timber Permacrib walling system, fire sprinkler system, car parking and landscaping.
Single storey building with two storey assembly hall. Constructed with brick traditional walls including structural steelwork for large open spans. Extensive external surfacing and landscaping. Return visits requested to construct extensions to original school.
New purpose built fitness centre with computer suite, viewing gallery, reception area, toilet facilities. External works included hard and soft landscaping.
Erection of assembly hall, toilets and store areas. Project included all associated Mechanical and Electrical installations. External works included car parking and landscaping.
