Redevelopment of Port Talbot Magistrates Court

T.A.D Builders are proud to announce their latest contract award – The Redevelopment of Former Magistrates Court in Port Talbot

The former listed building will undergo a full refurbishment and be transformed into a high-tech new business centre, for technology focused companies.

The project which is being carried out in partnership with Neath Port Talbot Council will see the building retain its attractive façade and bring the iconic building back to life.

The neo-Georgian style, Grade II listed structure, which is situated in the centre of Port Talbot, will be re-branded the Terminus.
