Llanelli Council Chambers Refurbishment

Alteration and extension to the existing Town Council Offices.

The building was vacated to enable the construction works to be undertaken both internally and externally to the fabric. The complete re-roofing including the installation of Glulam beams.

The two-storey extension added offices at ground floor level and provided additional space to the Mayor’s Parlour at first floor level.
